11/13/22 - Jesus Promises To Be With Us - Cycle C
Dear Families,
In this Sunday’s Gospel, Jesus gives us a message of hope, he tells us not to be afraid. He promises to be with us in the sicknesses, deaths, wars, disasters, and persecutions that will happen before he comes again in glory.
Because of our faith in Jesus, we are able to stand firm during difficult times. Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus helps us work for justice, peace, and to support one another. When we stand firm in our faith, and focus on Jesus, we live with the hope of everlasting happiness with God in Heaven.
As a family watch video in its entirety and then ask each other these questions.
What things do you worry about? How does Jesus help us with our worries? What hope does Jesus give us?
Family Prayer: Jesus, we ask you for your help when things get difficult. Help us to be there for one another. Amen

Querida Familias,
En el Evangelio de este domingo, Jesús nos da un mensaje de esperanza, nos dice que no tengamos miedo. Él promete estar con nosotros en las enfermedades, muertes, guerras, desastres y persecuciones que sucederán antes de que venga de nuevo en gloria.
Debido a nuestra fe en Jesús, somos capaces de mantenernos firmes en tiempos difíciles. A través del Espíritu Santo, Jesús nos ayuda a trabajar por la justicia, la paz y a apoyarnos unos a otros. Cuando nos mantenemos firmes en nuestra fe y nos enfocamos en Jesús, vivimos con la esperanza de la felicidad eterna con Dios en el Cielo.
