My dear families,
I pray this email finds you all well and praying as a family.
When the 11 disciples went to the mountain, Jesus said to them “Go and make disciples of all nations”. The Ascension of the Lord, Thursday May 21st is often called the “Great Commission”.
We are called to be disciples and observe all that Jesus has taught and commanded us to do. Through our actions we lead people to Christ.
Witnesses to this “Great Commission” are our Pastor Father Stan, Father Victor, Father Charlince, lectors, cantors, musicians, and altar servers, seen when mass is livestreamed into our homes. Deacon Andres setting the technology and managing the videos and Deacon John with his daily reflections.
Our priests are not just taking care of our spiritual needs but also our physical needs by distributing food to our parishioners in need. Marge who is always there for all of us. All who donate to Parish Outreach and all volunteers who pack the food donated and keep our Church clean and looking beautiful. Our families who through their trials are demonstrating the virtues of love, patience, kindness, humility.
Our love shows that Jesus is alive and with us always. Therefore, let us thank God for the blessings we give each other and keep everyone in our prayers.
As a family, how can each of you be Christ’s witness and teach others about what Christ said and did?
May the peace of the Lord be always with you.
Jesus Commissions His Disciples
Mis queridas familias,
Rezo que este correo electrónico los encuentre a todos bien y que estén orando como familia.
Cuando los 11 discípulos fueron a la montaña, Jesús les dijo: "Ve y haz discípulos de todas las naciones". La Ascensión del Señor, jueves 21 de mayo, a menudo se llama la "Gran Comisión".
Estamos llamados a ser discípulos y a observar todo lo que Jesús nos ha enseñado y mandado hacer. A través de nuestras acciones dirigimos a las personas a Cristo.

Nuestras familias que a través de sus pruebas están demostrando las virtudes del amor, la paciencia, la bondad, la humildad.
Nuestro amor demuestra que Jesús está vivo y con nosotros siempre. Por lo tanto, demos gracias a Dios por las bendiciones que nos damos el uno al otro y mantener a todos en nuestras oraciones.
